Booking Form / Rental Agreement

  • At Big Day Little Booth we want to make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible.

    We have some simple terms we require you to acknowledge. For any further questions don’t hesitate to ask.

    The Client (person hiring the Photo Booth) acknowledges

    (1.) Clear access at the venue (no stairs for the Classic Photo Booth)

    (2.) Functional Power Outlet within 5 metres of the Photo Booth Set-up Location

    (3.) Any malicious damage caused to the Photo booth during the event will be charged to the client.

    (4.) Level flooring is in place (if the event is outdoors it does require something hard underneath to keep level.

    (5.) The Photo Booth must be under cover (waterproof Marquee etc is adequate)

    Big Day Little Booth (the Company providing the service)

    (1.) Provides a Photo Booth that does not require money to operate and to provide sufficient film, ink and props for the event.

    (2.) Provide an attendant who will be with the booth

    (3.) Install and remove the Booth in a timely manner


    (1.) The Client and Big Day Little Booth acknowledge and agree that in the event of a mechanical failure or for any other reason of inability for the Photo Booth to operate as per normal that Big Day Little Booth agrees to refund any monies paid back to the Client. The Client agrees that it cannot hold liable Big Day Little Booth for any consequential damages. In the event that something does happen we carry a spare Samsung Galaxy Tablet with us and our attendant will take photos of your guests (with props etc) for the duration on the booking at no charge.

    (2.) A Deposit of $200.00 is required to hold the date and time the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. If balance is not paid in time the deposit may be forfeited and Photo Booth reservation cancelled. If the Client cancels the booking more than 4 weeks out all monies will be refunded. Within 4 weeks to booking, one half of the monies paid will be refunded.

    (3.) Access to the desired location of the Photo Booth must be (or similar to) a paved walkway and the actual area on which the photo booth will be located must be solid (concrete or similar) and level. Exceptions can be made only with the inspection and approval of a Big Day Little Booth staff member.

    (4.) For events longer than 2 hours the client will provide non-alcoholic drinks.

    (5.) Client to inform guests that all photographs are saved and all rights are owned by BIG DAY LITTLE BOOTH. Some photos may be used for marketing and promotional opportunities. Being photographed in the booth is considered agreement to these terms.
